While driving in Norway

I can't get my head round some of the road regulations in Norwegian, especially when a driver suddenly stops in a main road to let a car from a side road have priority.

This in itself is a very courteous gesture, but when it happens a cross roads, it becomes laughable!

When you have 4 cars all approaching a the same time, you cam imagine 2 cars stopping to let the car on their right to have priority......but then it's stalemate......for a while,then everyone looks at each to see who will make the first move! ........crazy if you ask me!
If you ever have to drive in Norway, be careful, as there might be a some crazy Norwegian doing a Kamikaze on you!
